Situated along the Rue du Bois du Forêt (district road linking Plesnois to Norroy-le-
Veneur), this park will be set up in two phases.

The first stage which was operational by the end of 2010, covers an area of 4,8 hectares.
It includes 20 plots whose areas vary between 1 200 et 2 000 m².

The opening of the park took place on time thanks to the developer EMD, ITB and the companies Multher Assainissement and Jean Lefebvre.

The development of 4,8 hectares required an investment of 1 600 000 euros excluding VAT and generated a lot of interest from artisans. The first sales are in the process of being completed and 50% of the plots have been reserved by a variety of different companies.

The design of the park has taken account of energy conservation since all the public lighting has been made with low energy consuming light bulbs. The price of plots has been fixed at 36 € excluding VAT / m², net of a contribution of 10 € by the Group of Rural Districts.

The second stage will be developed in the near future on an estimated surface area of 18 hectares which will mean a further 50 plots.
